Arrival and departure

The holiday home is available from 4 pm on your arrival day.

Please vacate the house by 10 am on your departure day.

For a relaxing stay

Our holiday home is non-smoking. Pets, parties and additional visitors are not permitted. Please be considerate of our neighbours and avoid unnecessary noise.

Garden, terrace and garage

You are welcome to use the garden, terrace and garage next to the house during your stay at no extra charge.

Taking care of the house and its furnishings

Please close the windows and switch off the lights when you leave the house. Please use water, electricity and heating sparingly.

If anything breaks, please let us know promptly so that we can sort it out together.

Recycling and waste disposal

Please use the designated recycling bins. Bins for paper and cardboard, glass and plastics are in the garage. Do not dispose of rubbish, food scraps, hygiene products or harmful liquids in toilets or drains.

Before you leave

Please leave the house swept clean and put clean dishes back in the cupboards. Final cleaning is included in the price.
