Cancellation

Cancellations made up to and including 28 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made between 27 and 7 days before arrival, inclusive, 80% of the agreed accommodation price will be charged, subject to the deductions and proof options set out below.

If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival or do not arrive, you are not contractually entitled to cancel free of charge. The agreed accommodation price remains payable in principle. The same applies to the unused remainder of the rental period if you leave early. In all cases, savings and income from re-letting the accommodation will be deducted. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

You expressly reserve the right to prove that no loss, or a substantially smaller loss than the cancellation fee charged, has been incurred. Any payments already made will be credited against the amount due; any excess will be refunded.

Changes to your booking

Up to and including 14 days before arrival, you may change your booking without a change fee, subject to availability of your preferred alternative dates. We’ll agree the new dates and accommodation price with you. After that, the cancellation terms above apply if you cancel your original booking.
